You should definitely take time to listen to Mary's music before you even consider her to be black trash. You probably haven't even listened to anything she put out before 2001. I will say she can sing, and her last few albums haven't been my favorites, but all of her early albums (what's the 411, my life, & share my world)are what make her great. Black Trash?...No. These young broads with no talent today are trash such as Keyshia, Shareefa, Nivea, & Raven Simone (thats a joke). But I'm sure if you ask each and every one who their favorite female artist is, they'll say Mary J. Blige.
